Joseph and Marcia Bagby of Flowery Branch announce the engagement of their daughter Kelly Lynn Bagby to Justin Willard Sisson, son of Henry and LeeAnn Hicks of Danielsville.

The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Helen McDonald of Gainesville, the late Walter Lee McDonald, Kate Bagby of Flowery Branch and the late William Egbert Bagby.

She is a 2001 graduate of West Hall High School in Oakwood. She graduated in 2007 from Brenau University in Gainesville with a bachelor's degree in nursing. She is employed as a registered nurse with Northeast Georgia Medical Center in the Ronnie Green Heart Center in Gainesville.

The groom-elect is the grandson of Willard and Cherie Sisson of Gainesville.

He is a 1998 graduate of North Hall High School in Gainesville. He graduated in 2006 from North Georgia College & State University in Dahlonega with a bachelor's degree in business management. He is self-employed.

The couple plan to wed May 9, 2009, at Waters Mill in Dahlonega.
