John and Suzanne Bagby of Flowery Branch announce the engagement of their daughter Elizabeth Ann Bagby to Robert Lee Shults, son of Peggy and Larry Anderson of Flowery Branch and John Shults of Roswell.

The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Ellene Sailers of Gainesville, the late Y.T. Sailers, Kate Bagby of Flowery Branch and the late W. E. Bagby.

She is a 2002 graduate of West Hall High School in Oakwood. She graduated in 2007 from North Georgia College & State University in Dahlonega with a bachelor's degree in marketing. She is employed as an underwriter with Summit Consulting in Gainesville.

The groom-elect is the grandson of Robert Carson of Summerfield, Fla., the late AnnaBelle Wilhelm, Judy Bower of Dunnellon, Fla., and the late Edward Shults.

He is a 2002 graduate of West Hall High School in Oakwood. He is employed with the City of Alpharetta.

The couple plan to wed Oct. 4, 2008, at First Baptist Church of Flowery Branch.
