Vincent and Ida Ferrara of Flowery Branch celebrated their 60th anniversary on June 9, 2011. A renewal ceremony and reception held in their honor at Hopewell Baptist Church in Gainesville was given by their family and friends.

The couple have three children, eight grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
