If you’re tired of tracking down your favorite food truck each weekend, the Lake Lanier Olympic Park has you covered this Friday.

Fourteen food trucks, bars and restaurants will be lined up for the Food Truck Friday event, which includes a handful of retail vendors and two performers, at the Clarks Bridge Road park this week.

DJ Jeff McClure and the High Voltage Band are both lined up to perform during the three-hour event beginning at 5 p.m. at 3105 Clarks Bridge Road.

Food Truck Fridays come once a month, according to venue manager Robyn Lynch, and there will be five more events this year.

Food trucks and vendors include OBA Brazilian-Cuisine, serving grilled kabobs and empanadas; Breaux's Bistreaux, serving jambalaya pasta and andouille corn dogs; Hole in the Wall, serving jerk chicken, fish and shrimp, and chicken and waffles; Bon Goût Deco, serving  Haitian fried chicken, turkey and pork; Cabaki's Catering, serving burgers, dogs and appetizers; Alice n Jacks Rib Shack, serving barbecue meats and pulled pork nachos; VersaceToo, serving tacos and Frito pies; Snowie Days Shaved Ice, serving shaved ice; and the Frozen Torch Creamery, serving rolled ice cream, according to the Olympic Park.

The Highlands United Methodist Church will be selling Krispy Kreme doughnuts, Nitro Snacks will have popcorn and cotton candy and Oakwood Occasions will have water, coffee, teas and hot chocolate.

Tap It and its new beer trailer will be on hand serving beer and wine and Lanier Tent Rentals will have a cocktail tent.

Vendors also will be there selling clothes, essential oils, jewelry and other goods.
