Mount Vernon Baptist Church will hold a singing at 7 p.m. Nov. 8 to benefit Nikki Page, 16, who was born with cerebral palsy.

Featured musicians include The Marksmen, Across Time, Spiritual Voices and the Mount Vernon Quartet.

The money raised from the event will go to build a handicap-accessible room for Page, with a handicap-accessible bathroom and a covered walkway.

Donations can be made to a fund in the care of Disability Resource Center, a nonprofit organization dedicated to increasing independence for those with disabilities.
