There's a chance for Northeast Georgia to see one of the original members of Guns N' Roses at a bar in downtown Buford when Adler's Appetite performs at 37 Main.

Adler's Appetite is a rock supergroup featuring Steven Adler, the original Guns N' Roses drummer.

"They also have Chip Z'nuff, the bass player from Enuff Z Nuff, and Alex Grossi from Quiet Riot," said Joe White, co-owner of 37 Main.

"It's kind of (Adler's) all-star band," White said. "Steven Adler is the main guy behind the band."

Adler's Appetite has quickly become known for their covers of classic Guns N' Roses after forming in 2003.

Adler brings not only the fame of the original Guns N' Roses lineup to the band, but also the recognition from his many appearances on VH1.

Adler talked about his supergroup on VH1 Classics' "That Metal Show" in July with Z'nuff.

While on the show, Adler discussed why they have a big focus on playing the classic Guns N' Roses songs in addition to all of their original material.

"I just get so much love from playing those songs, that I'm going to keep playing them," Adler said on "That Metal Show."

In 2008, Adler starred in the second season VH1's "Celebrity Rehab with Dr. Drew."

The venue opens at 5 p.m. A fan of GNR or not, there is a lot of history that will be felt at 37 Main Wednesday when Adler's Appetite gets on stage.
