Former University of Georgia football coach Vince Dooley will be in town Friday, signing copies of his new book, "The 34 Most Memorable Plays in Georgia Football History."

From 4 to 7 p.m. Friday, Dooley will be at the Quinlan Visual Arts Center, 514 Green St. in Gainesville. The book will be available for purchase for $35, along with the books "Hairy Dawg Journeys Through the Peach State" and "Dooley: the Other Side of Football" and three to four other titles by Dooley.

For his new book, Dooley teamed up with artist Steve Penley - who has recently had work on display at the Quinlan - to tell stories about his days on the sidelines of UGA's football team.
