As winter draws to a close and spring nears, many crafty, creative homeowners may seek to design a handmade wreath for the warmer season. To assist them in that endeavor, a wreath-making workshop will be from 10 a.m. to noon Saturday, March 14, at Lakewood Baptist Church, 2235 Thompson Bridge Road, in Gainesville. Participants will learn how to make a burlap wreath through the hands-on activity.
