The Arts Council's summer movie series continues tonight with a showing of "Night at the Museum: Battle of the Smithsonian."

Released earlier this year, the film focuses on the myriad exhibits in the Smithsonian Institution, with more than 136 million items in its collection. Reprising his role as night watchman, Larry (Ben Stiller) this time steals a security guard's ID badge and slips into the archives of the Smithsonian, where an evil pharaoh comes to life and starts conflicts with other exhibits there.

The family-friendly movie will be shown at 9 p.m. on the lawn behind The Arts Council's Smithgall Arts Center. Pizza will be sold by Elmo's Kitchen and Inman Perk will have an ice cream cart with special summer flavors. There will also be an appearance by Cheerio the Clown and other premovie activities for kids.
