Tuesday South Hall wreck victim identified as Braselton man

Georgia State Patrol released Friday the identity of the man killed in Tuesday’s wreck on Ga. 53/Winder Highway in Braselton. Richard Wayne Serra, 69, of Braselton, was dead at the scene of the wreck on Winder Highway and JJ Lott Road. Winder Highway was closed for about three hours Tuesday evening as authorities assessed the scene.
