Testimony began Tuesday in Hall County Superior Court in the case of a man accused of raping a young girl, under the age of 10 when the alleged abuse began. Jose Luis Aguilar faces four counts of rape. He is also charged with two counts of aggravated child molestation, one count of aggravated sodomy and seven counts each of incest, aggravated sexual battery and child molestation.
