Republican Soo Hong was easily beating Democrat Ernesto “Ernie” Anaya for the Georgia House District 103 seat in South Hall and North Gwinnett, as of late Tuesday. The seat was left open when incumbent Timothy Barr, R-Lawrenceville, ran for the US House 10th District seat.
