Distilled spirits sales in unincorporated Hall could be placed on the ballot

Lula City Council voted Wednesday morning to ask voters if they want to allow liquor sales at restaurants. Liquor by the drink will be on the ballot Nov. 8 in the northeast Hall County city.
The Hall County Board of Commissioners will vote on whether to place a referendum on the ballot to allow the sale of distilled spirits in the unincorporated areas of the county, according to a notice for a public hearing.
