Deputies searching for attempted robbery suspects

The Hall County Sheriff’s Office is looking for two suspects who attempted to rob a house off Black Drive in Gainesville at around 9 a.m. Tuesday.Sgt. Stephen Wilbanks with the sheriff’s office said two black men tried to enter a house through a window while the resident was sleeping. The men pointed handguns at the resident and demanded money but ran away before actually entering the house. Deputies used K-9 teams to track the suspects to a nearby location where witnesses said they saw the men climb into a gray passenger car and drive away.Nothing was stolen and no one was injured.
