Two women were captured on video surveillance stealing credit cards recently from several employees at Northeast Georgia Medical Center. Now security officials there hope to capture them for real.

"The focus of getting the information out there is to raise awareness to the problem, yes," said Andrew Corsaro, director of security for Northeast Georgia Medical Center. "But we need someone who knows these people and who can identify them. It won't stop until we identity them and hold them accountable."

The suspects' images and some information about the thefts being investigated by hospital security and the Gainesville Police Department were released in a Hall County Sheriff's Office community bulletin advertising the details.

Investigators described these women as "office creepers," a term that relates to a type of theft method.

Specifically, officials said these women enter businesses during lunch time hours when staff members are out of their offices. They take credit cards and then immediately head to retail shops and make purchases, investigators said. In addition to Northeast Georgia Medical Center, the women have been connected to the same crimes in Dekalb, Gwinnett and North Fulton counties.

One suspect is described as a black female with a medium build. She is believed to be in her mid to late 30s and has been seen wearing a black wig and blue medical scrubs.

The second suspect is also is described as a black female with a medium to heavy build. She is believed to be in her mid to late 40s and was seen wearing a white cap and black leather jacket.

They may be driving a burgundy Dodge Stratus and a Silver Dodge Stratus, investigators said.
