Debated Wal-Mart traffic signal to light up soon
Stop light causes stir after city wanted it at different intersection

A new traffic light on Thompson Bridge Road won’t start operating for another week or two, but it’s already caused plenty of conversation. Wal-Mart spokeswoman Amanda Henneberg provided that timeline for the light at the Wal-Mart Neighborhood Market. The signal is covered at this time at the intersection where the supermarket and 12-pump gas station opened Jan. 28 across from Taco Bell.
