A Buford man is charged with child molestation after authorities say he engaged in a sexual relationship with an 11-year-old girl. Joseph Chance Goodman, 18, was arrested Thursday and booked in at the Hall County Jail. Authorities said the sexual relationship occurred over multiple instances in August 2016, and investigators obtained a warrant for Goodman’s arrest on Tuesday.
