Biter jailed for violating probation

A Forsyth County man who was convicted in 2012 of reckless conduct after biting three 8-year-old girls has been arrested for violating his probation. Deputy Doug Rainwater, a spokesman for the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Office, said Gordon Kent Nelson was arrested about 4:30 p.m. Wednesday. Rainwater was not sure what Nelson had done to violate probation, only that he had admitted the violation during a visit earlier that day with a state probation officer.
