An autopsy of a woman found dead Wednesday was inconclusive, but Gainesville police said the case does not appear suspicious. Elizabeth Talton was found in her vehicle at Northeast Georgia Medical Center’s Lanier Park campus, Cpl. Kevin Holbrook said. She had been reported missing to Hall County authorities.
