A Cleveland man was arrested following a two-week undercover investigation for electronic enticement of a child, authorities said. Hall County Sheriff’s Office investigators arrested Eugene Gerald Grizzle, 26, on Wednesday. Authorities said in a news release that Grizzle communicated with someone he believed to be a 14-year-old girl.
