Two people from DeKalb County have been charged with trafficking methamphetamine, according to Hall County authorities. Michael Anthony Pennant, 27, and Roberta Thelma Richardson, 24, were arrested Wednesday during a drug investigation in Gainesville. Multi-Agency Narcotics Squad agents worked with the Hall County Sheriff’s Office’s crime suppression unit in the 2000 block of Old Flowery Branch Road in Gainesville.
