As every knows the classic Charles Dickens tale “A Christmas Carol,” the Habersham Community Theatre troupe has decided to turn the traditional holiday tale upside down.

“A Christmas Chaos” is about a small theater group which suddenly finds itself producing “A Christmas Carol” with practically no preparation time. The result is pure pandemonium.

The madcap crew is primed to take on all the challenges of a major Christmas production with minimal time. But some nontraditional characters will grace the stage, including a pirate, Huckleberry Finn and Little Orphan Annie.

Showtimes are 7:30 p.m. Dec. 5-6 and 11-13 and 2 p.m. Dec. 7 and 14.

Ticket are $15 for adults and $8 for full-time students.
