Pets curl up to Santa for personal pictures
Humane Society to host photo shoot Nov. 15-16
The Humane Society of Northeast Georgia is scheduling pets large and small, as well as their people, for photos.

While most children eagerly await time with Old Saint Nick and a possible photo with him, several other mammals may feel left out of the holiday hoopla.

Therefore, the Humane Society of Northeast Georgia is hosting its annual Pet Photos with Santa Claws event Nov. 15-16.

The humane society invites pet owners to bring in their furry felines or cute canines for a photo shoot with Santa Claws.

The event will be from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Nov. 15 and 16 at 845 W. Ridge Road in Gainesville.

Sittings for Pet Photos with Santa Claws are available by appointment for $30. Each photo sitting includes a photo CD. Prints can be purchased for an additional $5. Appointments are available on a first-come basis.

Photos will be taken by award-winning professional photographer Fox Gradin, owner of Celestial Studios in Gainesville.

All proceeds from the annual fundraiser will benefit the rescued, homeless animals in the care of HSNEGA.
