Coach Dan Quinn targeted Florida’s hard-hitting strong safety Keanu Neal as a new anchor piece for Atlanta’s defense when the Falcons selected Neal with the No. 17 pick in the NFL draft on Thursday night. There were reports the Falcons, who have only five picks in the draft, might trade down for additional picks.
