East Hall girls basketball coach Joey Rider announced his decision to step down from his position on Wednesday. During his six years with the Lady Vikings, Rider had a 118-53 record, one trip to the state quarterfinals and three second-round playoff appearances. East Hall also won the Lanierland tournament twice on Rider’s watch and qualified for the state playoffs five times.
