North Georgia softball ended its seven-game win streak with a 5-4 loss to Georgia College in game one of a doubleheader on Thursday in Milledgeville. The Lady Saints received runs early from Taylor Merritt and Katherine Martin and took a 4-3 lead in the top of the sixth when Katie Garrett stole home but couldn’t hold on for the win. Melissa Dickie (7-3) took the loss for North Georgia with a pair of strikeouts.
