Youngblood Road will be closed to through traffic beginning today between Ga. 53/Winder Highway and Countryside Drive, according to the Gainesville Public Utilities Department.

The city is completing sewer improvements in the area.

The road is scheduled to reopen Feb. 21, but the date could change depending on the weather.
