A multiple-vehicle accident involving a tractor-trailer briefly closed Thompson Bridge Road in Murrayville late Wednesday afternoon.“The initial call came in that four or five vehicles were involved, including a tractor-trailer,” said Sgt. Stephen Wilbanks, spokesman for the Hall County Sheriff’s Office.There were no injuries, Wilbanks said, but the road was closed for a “short time” while a deputy investigated.Wilbanks said the sheriff’s office worked the accident because no Georgia State Patrol troopers were available.
