West Hall middle and high schools were locked down for fifteen minutes Friday morning because of an incident related to an off-campus domestic dispute. The two schools were on lockdown “on the recommendation of the Hall County Sheriff’s Office,” said Hall County School System spokesman Gordon Higgins. The lockdown lasted from 8:25 a.m. to 8:40 a.m. Friday.
