Volunteers do doggy detention for adoption fundraiser

While locked up with the German Shepherd-mix Ellie, Alana Watkins started posting a personal ad on social media for her cellmate. “This is the Netflix and chill dog. If you’re looking for a dog that’s not super hyper, Ellie is the one for you,” she said.
