Students at the University of North Georgia’s Gainesville campus have put together a petition after the recent closure of a parking deck shut off 296 parking spaces. The petition asks for a refund of the parking fees students pay or, failing that, to allow the students to park on a field adjacent to campus. Neither of those things are expected to happen.
