Police say this man posed as an immigration attorney and stole thousands from his victims.
Authorities have determined the true identity of a man suspected of pretending to be an immigration attorney and taking thousands of dollars from clients. Gwinnett Police reported Eddi Bueno-Cabrer, 46, is a convicted felon originally from the Dominican Republic. Police say he had set up as a vendor at the Pendergrass Flea Market on U.S. 129 and used various aliases, including Juan Manuel Pineda Cruz.
