Lula city officials huddled with their attorney in a closed-door meeting Tuesday to discuss potential litigation against Hall County. The sometimes loud meeting extended more than two hours. However, when the council reconvened in open session, it was only for Mayor Milton Turner to state for the record that no action had been taken in executive session.
