Dogs from Hall County will be getting new homes up North. Forty-four of them left the Hall County Animal Shelter on Thursday for an adoption event in New York. The dogs were being taken to the “Best Friends Pet Super Adoption” event in White Plains, N.Y., as part of the Hall County Animal Shelter’s Transport Program.
