Gainesville police have released the name of the second driver in a deadly crash March 20.

A Gainesville motorcyclist, Ricky Lee Martin, 62, died as a result of the crash around 11 p.m. March 20 at E.E. Butler Parkway and Monroe Drive.

Gainesville police Cpl. Kevin Holbrook said Martin failed to yield the right of way to the oncoming Ford Expedition driven by 54-year-old Baby Ray Stovall of Gainesville.

Stovall was arrested and charged with DUI at the scene, Holbrook said.
