Gainesville homeless man indicted on murder charges

A Gainesville homeless man was indicted Tuesday on two counts of felony murder, having allegedly slammed another homeless man’s head against a metal guardrail. David William Keener, 50, also known as Super Dave, is also charged with aggravated battery and aggravated assault in connection with Randall Huling’s death. According to the indictment, Keener struck Huling, 51, with his hands, feet and the guardrail on Aug. 14.
