A Dahlonega man was arrested Wednesday on a charge of enticing a child for indecent purposes, following a Hall County Sheriff’s Office undercover operation.
Kyle Joseph Miklas, 43, arranged via an advertisement on Craigslist to meet with what he believed would be an underage girl “for the purpose of having a sexual relationship,” according to sheriff’s office spokesman Chad Mann.
Miklas was charged with one count of enticing a child for indecent purposes, suspended license, expired tag and no proof of insurance.
Since September, three other men have been arrested in similar stings and charged with enticement, a felony. Charges have not been formally indicted by a grand jury.
Miklas is currently being held at the Hall County Jail without bond, the sheriff’s office said.
