A Gainesville man from Haiti who accidentally crashed an SUV into an apartment building and seriously injured the leg of an 8-year-old girl last year was set to enter a guilty plea on Friday but decided not to at the last minute, marking another roadblock in a case that has dragged on for nearly seven months.
