Berry Lemonade

1 12-ounce bag unsweetened frozen mixed berries, thawed 1 12-ounce can frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed 1 cup vanilla simple syrup 3 cups water Ice Vanilla Simple Syrup: 1/2 cup sugar 1 cup water 1 vanilla bean, cut in half lengthwise, seeds removed, pod reserved In a blender, combine the berries, lemonade concentrate and syrup. Blend until smooth. Pour the mixture into a large pitcher.

Corned beef and cabbage 3 pounds corned beef brisket with spice packet 10 small red potatoes 5 carrots, peeled and cut into 3-inch pieces 1 large head cabbage, cut into small wedges 1 onion, cut into wedges Rinse the corned beef under running water. Place corned beef in large pot or Dutch oven and cover with water. Add the spice packet that came with the corned beef.
