Faith Brown is a semifinalist for the Fulbright U.S. Student Program. The 22-year-old Oakwood native selected Bulgaria as the country she wishes to teach high school students English. Faith Brown likes to talk. So communications seemed like the natural fit for the Oakwood native to study as her major at the University of North Georgia Gainesville. The 2012 Jefferson High School graduate quickly found out that’s not quite what communications means.
