North Hall athlete looks at collegiate proposals

From Andrew Smith’s vantage seated on top of a picnic table at North Hall High School, he has a clear view of the baseball and football fields. And Smith knows he’s in an enviable position at the start of his senior year. While many of his classmates are beginning to sort through college applications, the 18-year-old is casually wading through offers to play for teams at several universities.
