Camping alternatives for your kids

While Donna Aldridge has developed a summer camp to suit her son’s needs and desires, many parents will begin searching to activities to entertain their youngsters after school is out.

To keep parents from hearing the same old adage “I’m bored” or to stop their children from planting themselves in front of a TV or iPad, several organizations in Hall County can provide a fun spring break and summer alternatives.

Camps range from sports camps on specific games to arts and theaters camps to inspire children’s creativity.

Here are a small sampling of the camps:

Spring break camps
