Joda Roshau, a rising sixth-grader at North Hall Middle School, dedicated his summer vacation to taking an educational trip across the United States.
In his travels, Roshau has visited the Harry S. Truman Library in Independence, Mo., Mount Rushmore near Keystone, S.D., the Bakken Oil Fields outside Killdeer, N.D., the Abraham Lincoln Presidential Library and Museum in Springfield, Ill., and the Theodore Roosevelt National Park in Medora, N.D. The goal of Roshau’s trip is to learn about the United States.
Roshau will enter North Hall Middle School’s Earhart-Edison Exploration Academy in August. The Boy Scout is the son of Joseph and Rhonda Roshau of Murrayville.
