Graduating cadets were awarded commissions as second lieutenants in the U.S. Army or Georgia National Guard on May 10-11, at the University of North Georgia. Jared M. Crandall earned a bachelor’s degree and was commissioned into field artillery. He is the husband of Delana Crandall, and the son of Merlin and Debbie Crandall of Flowery Branch and graduated from Flowery Branch High School in 2009.
