Lanier and Charlotte Gramling of Cumming announce the engagement of their daughter Jessica Anne Gramling to Virdis William “Bill” Weaver, son of Virdis and Blanche Weaver of Gainesville. The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Cecil and Iola Gramling of Cumming, and June Edwards of Marietta. She is a 2006 graduate of Forsyth Central High School in Cumming.
