If you’ve ever worked in the restaurant business, you know that guy who walks in three minutes before closing. He and his buddies sit down, ask for drinks, food and dessert.
You’re still open -- but come on. The chairs are on the tables, the kitchen is clean and the employees are quite literally counting down the minutes until it’s time to go home.
So, when does the line get drawn? Should the customer know better than to go in that close to closing time? Or should the restaurant honor the hours posted on the door?
