Live music, worship and nationally known speakers will fill a three-day women’s conference at Free Chapel in Gainesville.

Called Divine Conference, the women’s event will begin at 5 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 13, and end at 4 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 15, at church’s main campus, 3001 McEver Road, in Gainesville.

“Thousands of women will come together to connect, be encouraged, and to experience life-changing messages that will impact their future,” Free Chapel women’s pastor Kristen Honeycutt said. “Divine Conference is the largest women’s conference in the Gainesville Community and attracts women from all over the nation.”

Speakers and performers for the conference include Free Chapel’s senior pastor Jentezen Franklin, a New York Times best-selling author and international speaker. He will be joined by husband-and-wife team Robert and Taylor Madu, who share an interest in fashion and spread the gospel across the country. The couple is based at Trinity Church in Cedar Hill, Texas.

Caroline Leaf of Dallas will share her studies and research in “the science of thought as it relates to thinking, learning, renewing the mind, gifting and potential,” according to the Divine Conference website.

Leaf holds a doctorate degree in communication pathology and has a television show on TBN called “Switch on Your Brain.”

Finally, musical guests will be Jenn Johnson and Bethel Music.

Check-in for the conference begins at 5 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 13. Doors open at 6 p.m.

Doors reopen at 9 a.m. Friday, breaking for lunch at noon and returning to sessions from 2-4 p.m. Dinner break will be at 7 p.m.

On Saturday, doors open once again at 9 a.m., breaking for lunch from noon to 2 p.m. The conference concludes at 4 p.m. Saturday.

“Divine” is the women’s ministry at Free Chapel led by Cherise Franklin and Honeycutt.

“The women’s ministry at Free Chapel hosts events and services each month at Free Chapel and is a multigenerational ministry encompassing all ages of women and girls,” Honeycutt said.
