University of North Georgia choirs break into song this spring season
Four concerts scheduled across two-week time period

Members of the University of North Georgia Singers will kick off its spring concert series at 8 p.m. Monday at Dahlonega United Methodist Church.

As blooms burst forth marking the spring season, three University of North Georgia choirs and music majors celebrate its arrival with a handful of concerts.

Kicking off the warmer season will be the University of North Georgia Singers and Le Belle Voci spring concert at 8 p.m. Monday, April 7 at Dahlonega United Methodist Church, 107 Park St.

A day later at 8 p.m., the UNG Spring Student Voice Recital will be in Gloria Shott Performance Hall on the UNG Dahlonega campus at 322 Georgia Circle.

Three more performances will follow a week later. They include:

Choral Explosion No. 13 with UNG Singers, Le Belle Voci, UNG Chorale and choirs from Lumpkin County High School and Brenau University at 7 p.m. Sunday, April 13, in the chapel at Gainesville First Baptist Church, 751 Green St. NW, Gainesville.

Collaborative concert with UNG Singers, Le Belle Voci, and UNG Chorale at 7:30 p.m. April 14 in Memorial Hall Gymnasium, 130 Georgia Circle, Dahlonega.

Patriot Choir spring concert at 8 p.m. April 15 in Gloria Shott Performance Hall, 322 Georgia Circle, Dahlonega.
