While young trick-or-treaters take over towns Friday night, residents 21 and older can steal away to the North Georgia mountains after Halloween to sip some spirits at the second annual Unicoi Wine Festival. The event is scheduled from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 1, at Georgia’s newest historic site, the Hardman Farm. It is located at the junction of Ga. 75 and Ga. 17 in the scenic Nacoochee Valley between Alpine Helen and the village of Sautee.
