Moviegoers wishing to watch international and American independent films will have a prime chance during the Southeastern Film Festival this week in Dahlonega. Sponsored by the University of North Georgia, the festival will bring 80 films from 11 countries, including 10 international premieres, to Hoag Auditorium on the college campus. The free festival will run from April 10-12.
